The Power Station supply’s electricity on a Rental Basis to the national grid, It includes electrical substations, complete fuel oil handling facilities with Fuel tanks, and the main plant and machinery.
Certification: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
Current Status: Operational with full capacity.
Capacity: The installed (gross) and net capacity of the power plant are 119 MW and 115 MW, respectively.
Fuel: Gas oil (diesel) or Heavy Fuel Oil/ Furnace oil 180 Cst. Engines are designed to burn up to 360Cst fuel.
Power Generation units
The power station uses 7 units of Wartsila Engine type 18V46 made in Italy, voltage 11kV and frequency 50Hz. Radiator cooled.
